These two UTAS projects were successful, long running web app projects that I both led and UX designed, and which won a number of awards.
A custom-designed and built installable web app that digitally transformed ONCALL’s support worker processes. I was the Project Lead and UX Designer.
SEQ Water engaged Telstra Purple, with myself as Project Lead and UX Designer, to deliver the Discovery and Design of a unified Service Delivery dashboard.
A complex Service Design project involving a large Queensland Health government department. I was Project Lead and Lead UX Designer.
Queensland Health engaged Telstra Purple, with myself as UX Designer, to design and deliver a native ServiceNow mobile app to allow techs better access to information and IT support workflows when on the go.
JHG engaged Telstra Purple to design and deliver a modern, scalable Project Workbench and Integrated Management System to standardise project intranet sites. I was Project Lead and UX Designer.
